Piaget was founded in 1874 in La Cote aux Fees in Switzerland. Piaget manufactures four collections of fine timepieces: the Piaget Altiplano, the Piaget Polo, the Piaget Tradition, and the Piaget Upstream.
The Piaget Altiplano is an ultra thin fine Swiss timepiece that is available in either a round or square case. The Altiplano comes in white or rose gold. The dial is available with plain markers, roman or Arabic numerals. The Altiplano is manufactured with either a black or white dial. The Altiplano is a mid sized watch. Piaget manufactures the movement for the Altiplano.
Piaget is famous for their Polo watch. The Polo watch was first popularized in the 1970’s. The Piaget Polo has a mid sized round shaped case with an integrated bracelet that is the hallmark of the Polo. The Polo only comes in white or rose gold. Piaget offers dials that are either enamel or the even rarer meteorite. All the Polo watches come with a date window. Piaget manufacturers the movement for the Polo.
The Piaget Tradition collection comes in a standard Tradition and the well know Piaget Emperador. The standard Tradition model features a rectangular case with diamonds on the bezel. The Emperador comes in several versions: the Emperador with retrograde seconds and a date window, the automatic, the Emperador with a power reserve and sub seconds window, and the Tourbillon Emperador. All of the Emperador models are made of rose or white gold and feature a tonneau shaped case.
Piaget also manufactures a beautiful Skelton tourbillon version.
